  4. determination. Dogs are devoted to those who they 
  5. consider to be "on their side".

  7. Dogs are left-wing. They place a very high value on 
  8. "fairness" and expect others to share their values. 
  9. They will savagely attack anything they see as unfair. 
  10. However, they are prone to attacking the wrong target.

  12. Dogs are always eager to please, and if they do not 
  13. succeed they become very hang-dog. Dogs are worriers. 
  14.  
  15. Dogs make very good, obedient children. Adult dogs are 
  16. rather dependent on their need for companionship. If 
  17. they have the right companions they will "live happily 
  18. ever after", if not, they will go down hill rapidly.
